Super Mario Bros. 3 Review
Super Mario Bros. 3 was made in 1988 developed by Nintendo Entertainment Analysis and Development.
Players control brothers Mario and Luigi who have to save Princess Toadstool and the 7 rulers from the main antagonist Bowser. By defeating enemies, in previous games, the player must jump and land on their head thereby stomping on them. Sometimes the player gains some items the grants powers and special abilities which makes it easy to defeat enemies and progress further in the game.
The main plot of Super Mario Bros. 3 is that the mushroom world is invaded by Koopalings, Bowser's seven children. The Koopalings dominate over each of the seven kingdoms by stealing the kings magical wands and using it to transform him to a creature/animal. The princess sends Luigi and Mario to travel to each of the kingdoms and retrieve the stolen wands and restore the kings to normal.
The graphics are as you would imagine from a game from 1988, with no concept of 3D and a very narrow screen for very old versions of the television. With a GUI on the bottom of the screen to show what world you are on, the amount of money you had, the lives you have. Very simple yet very effective when playing in game as you have just enough vision to see
With many levels to choose from, its hard not to enjoy the game. When i played it, it was enticing, fun and very enjoyable. The creatures you have to get pass as well make it that much more enjoyable to explore and complete levels. The game makes it very hard for you to want to quit and ingulfs you into the franchise.
With a cool way to start your adventure by having a nice map of the levels you can go through per kingdom. It feels comfortable and its a nice way to start your journey.
It is a very positive game with much to enjoy, the music choice is supreme in this game with a nice and funky tune always playing to keep you motivated and pumped for what's to come.
Its an really good game that can be recommended to anyone of any age with no limitation in what you can achieve, its hard no to love the game.
